Minibar is one of the more popular dining spots in the DMV area and features the creations of Chef José Andrés and can be experienced as communal dining or by reserving “José’s Table” for a party of up to six. The communal dining experience features a carefully curated tasting menu. Especially notable are the desserts like Fried Hojicha Donut and Cherry Pâte De Fruit Atop Miso Sable.
